Rita Irwin, Concordia University, Montreal, Kanada

Rita L. Irwin is a Distinguished University Scholar and Professor of Art Education at The University of British Columbia, Canada. Her research interests have spanned in-service art education, teacher education, socio-cultural issues, curriculum practices across K-12 and informal learning settings, and a/r/tography. Well known co-edited books include Revisions: Readings in Canadian Art Teacher Education (with K. Grauer & M. Emme). Storying the World: The Contributions of Carl Leggo (with E. Hasebe-Ludt & A. Sinner), Provoking the Field: International Perspectives on Visual Arts PhDs in Education (with A. Sinner & J. Adams), Visually Provoking: Dissertations in Art Education (with A. Sinner & T. Jokela) and The Flaneur and Education Research: A Metaphor for Knowing, Being Ethical and New Data Production (with A. Lasczik). She is best known for employing a/r/tography in a range of contexts. Rita L. Irwin cijenjena je sveučilišna znanstvenica koja predaje Likovnu umjetnost na Sveučilištu Britanske Kolumbije u Kanadi. Njezini istraživački interesi obuhvaćaju obrazovanje u području likovnih umjetnosti, obrazovanje učitelja, sociokulturalne teme, kurikulumske prakse preko platforme za online učenje K-12 i neformalno učenje, te a/r/tografiju. Koautorica je poznatih knjiga: Doprinosi Carl Leggoa (s. E. Hasebe-Ludt i A. Sinner),  Provociranje polja: međunarodne perspektive doktoranada vizualne umjetnosti u obrazovanju (s A. Sinner & T. Jokela) i Flaner i istraživanje obrazovanja: metafora znanja, etičnost i proizvodnju novih podataka (s A. Lasczik). Najpoznatija je po raznim kontekstualizacijama a/r/tografije.

Boris Jokić, Institut za društvena istraživanja, Zagreb, Hrvatska / Institute for Social Research, Zagreb, Croatia

Boris Jokić is a senior research fellow at the Institute for Social Research in Zagreb. He graduated at the Psychology department at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Zagreb, and he got his master and doctoral degree in educational sciences at the University of Cambridge (UK). He worked on over 20 scientific projects, the last of which was made by the Croatian Science Foundation Educational Aspirations of Students in the Transitional Phases of Croatian Primary Education: Nature, Determinants and Changes (COBRAS). He has authored or co-authored ten books on education alongside multiple scientific articles. He was a member of the National Council on Education and is one of the authors of the Strategy for Education, science and technology. He was a leader and one of the professionals who designed Curricular reform of early and preschool, elementary school and secondary education. Ideas, processes and values of that reform led to mass support protests across Croatia involving more than 50,000 people.

Boris Jokić viši je znanstveni suradnik na Institutu za društvena istraživanja u Zagrebu. Diplomirao je psihologiju na Odsjeku za psihologiju Filozofskog fakulteta Sveučilišta u Zagrebu, a magistrirao je i doktorirao iz područja obrazovnih znanosti na Sveučilištu u Cambridgeu, Velika Britanija. Radio je na više od 20 znanstvenih projekata od kojih je posljedni uspostavni projekt Hrvatske zaklade za znanost Obrazovne aspiracije učenika u prijelaznim razdobljima hrvatskog osnovnoškolskog obrazovanja: priroda, odrednice i promjene (COBRAS). Autor je ili koautor deset knjiga na temu obrazovanja te više znanstvenih članaka. Bio je članom Nacionalnog vijeća za odgoj i obrazovanje i jedan je od autora Strategije obrazovanja, znanosti i tehnologije. Bio je voditelj te je jedan od onih koji su osmislili Cjelovitu kurikularnu reformu ranog i predškolskog, osnovnoškolskoga i srednjoškolskog odgoja i obrazovanja. Ideje, procesi i vrijednosti reforme doveli su do masovnih prosvjeda potpore diljem Hrvatske u kojima je sudjelovalo više od 50.000 ljudi.

Tomislav Buntak, Akademija likovnih umjetnosti, Zagreb, Hrvatska / Academy of Fine Arts, Zagreb, Croatia

Tomislav Buntak was born on April 24th 1971 in Zagreb. He graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts, Art Education Department – Painting, the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb in 1997, in the class of prof. Miroslav Šutej. From 1997 to 1998 he taught Art at the 10th Gymnasium in Zagreb. From 1998 to 2010 he was the Head of the Center for Culture and Information in Zagreb. Since February 16th 2010 he has been employed at the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb. He is a art professor. He has been a member of the Croatian Association of Artists in Zagreb since 1996 and its Vice-President since 2009. He has been President of the CAA since 2018. Since May 2016 he has been Head of Administration and Finances at the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb and Dean of the Academy of Fine Arts at the University of Zagreb since October 2018. In his artistic work he has held over 60 solo and over a hundred group exhibitions so far, in Croatia and abroad, and studied in New York, Tokyo, Leipzig, etc. He is the winner of many awards and accolades, among which are Rector’s Award at the University of Zagreb, the Cabinet of Graphics Award on the 4th Croatian Triennial of Drawings, the Vladimir Nazor Award, the Order of the Croatian Interlace Award. His works can be found in many public and private collections in the Croatia and abroad.

Tomislav Buntak rođen je 24. travnja 1971. u Zagrebu. Diplomirao je slikarstvo 1997. na Nastavničkom odsjeku Akademije likovnih umjetnosti u Zagrebu u klasi prof. Miroslava Šuteja. Od 1997. do 1998. radio je kao profesor Likovne umjetnosti u X. gimnaziji u Zagrebu. Od 1998. do 2010. radio je kao ravnatelj Centra za kulturu i informacije u Zagrebu. Od 16. veljače 2010. zaposlen je na Akademiji likovnih umjetnosti u Zagrebu. Radi u umjetničko-nastavnom zvanju izv. prof. art. Član je HDLU-a u Zagrebu od 1996., dopredsjednik HDLU-a od 2009., predsjednik HDLU-a od 2018. Od svibnja 2016. prodekan je za upravu i financije na Akademiji likovnih umjetnosti u Zagrebu. Dekan je na Akademiji likovnih umjetnosti Sveučilišta u Zagrebu od listopada 2018. godine. Kroz svoj je umjetnički rad održao više od 60 solo i preko stotinu zajedničkih izložbi u Hrvatskoj i u inozemstvu, studirao je u New Yorku, Tokiju, Leipzigu itd. Dobitnik je mnogih nagrada i priznanja među kojima se nalaze Rektorova nagrada Sveučilišta u Zagrebu, nagrada Četvrtog hrvatskog trijenala, Nagrada Vladimir Nazor, Red hrvatskog pletera. Njegovi se radovi mogu pronaći u brojnim javnim i privatnim kolekcijama u Hrvatskoj i u inozemstvu.
